Althought the locations are slightly different between operating systems (Mac, Linux, Windows), the "Local Database" is going to be in your home directory, deeply nested under ~/Library/Application Support/Blackmagic Design/ in a directory called Projects.

The path looks something like this:

# macOS
/Users/me/Library/Application\ Support/Blackmagic\ Design/DaVinci\ Resolve/Resolve\ Disk\ Database/Resolve\ Projects/Users/guest/Projects/My\ Awesome\ Project/
# Linux
~/.local/share/DaVinciResolve/Resolve\ Disk\ Database/Resolve\ Projects/Users/guest/Projects/My\ Awesome\ Project/
# Windows 10
/Users/me/AppData/Roaming/Blackmagic Design/DaVinci Resolve/Support/Resolve Disk Database/Resolve Projects/Users/guest/Projects/My Awesome Project/

Inside of each project the structure looks like this:

My\ Awesome\ Project/
├── Batch Renders
│ └── a3de79f1-c920-4d2d-8d8b-629997a0a935.xml
└── Project.db

Although there are a few formal "export" and "import" options that result in .drp and .dra files, all you really need to do to move your projects from one computer to another is just copy the directory with the Project.db over to the corresponding Projecst folder.

Again:

... just copy the directory with the Project.db over to the corresponding Projecst folder.
