Books (fiction, entertainment)
- Elantris by Brandon Sanderson
- Mistborn (Trilogy) by Brandon Sanderson
- Ender's Game (Quintet) (not Ender's Shadow)
- Speaker for the Dead (this is where it gets good)
- Xenocide (trudge through the build up)
- Children of the Mind (wow, mind blowing wrap-up!)
- Ready Player One (I align with the book whereas the movie conveyed a different message for a different audience)
- The Hunger Games (Trilogy)
- Star Wars: The Thrawn Trilogy
- Jurassic Park 1 & 2
Books (business, self-help)
- Start with Why
- The Innovator's Solution (not Delimma, it's the far-better sequel)
- Originals
- Real Love
Movies
- #1 Jurassic Park (1993) (excellent production, and the story is just as good as the book)
- NOT the sequels
- The Hunger Games (Trilogy)
- Catching Fire (I thought this was Jurassic Park level quality)
- The Emperor's New Groove
That's right, Star Wars is no longer on my list. Although, much like Gone with the Wind, it changed history - everything we know and experience about firm - it unfortunately is too difficult to explain to those who are not of the era. It has not passed the test of timelessness.
Lifestyle
- Braun Series 7 790cc (most available) 7893s (what I have, less expensive)
- Braun (Oral B) Electric Toothbrush White Pro 1000 (please, just get the base model, your teeth are not bluetooth compatible)
Gear
- Flint 4KP HDMI Capture (1080p capture, 4K Passthru, debug capture mode enabled)
